We understand that the home building journey can be both exciting and challenging, and we’re here to provide you with valuable insights, tips, and guidance every step of the way to streamline the process of building your Brown Haven dream home. 

Choose your Floor Plan- We have many Floor Plans to choose from ranging in square footage and design style. You will work closely with your New Home Specialist to determine which plan will work best for you; you will also get a computerized price quote at this time to get a better idea of your investment cost.

Getting your Approval- Review and approve your purchase contract with your New Home Specialist and sign the line to get the ball rolling on your Brown Haven Home!

Loving your Land- If you already have land, that’s great! If you are still looking but know you want to build with Brown Haven, we can help you find land by connecting you with our preferred Land Specialists.

Scheduling a Site Visit- It’s starting to feel real! Our team will visit your land to evaluate and determine your total site investment.

Financing- secure your financing to begin making your dream home a reality!

Selections- Now it’s time for the fun part! You get to bring your Pinterest boards to life and begin making personal style selections for your home! Our Local experience Leaders will guide you through this process and answer any questions you may have along the way!

 Pre-Con Conference- It’s almost time!! This is the last meeting with your New Home Specialist and General Manager to ensure that everything is exactly how you want it before breaking ground on your new home!

Let the Construction Begin- The day we have all been waiting for, Groundbreaking Day! Construction has officially begun on your new home!

Move In Day- It’s been a long and much anticipated journey, but it is finally move in day! We provide a homeowner orientation so that you know the ins and outs of your new home.
