We evaluate your land to determine your total site investment. Once authorized, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Once your site is authorized, we meet to finalize structural details like windows, doors, and layout changes with your Selections Preview.

Plan Design
Our Support Center finalizes your structural plans and designs your selections plans. You’ll review and approve all structural details during this phase.

Customize your home with your design specialist in our world-class Design Studio, where your home truly becomes yours.

Permitting, Engineering, Ordering & Materials
Our Support Center handles permitting, final plans, engineering, and ordering all trusses, windows, and materials for your home.
