Michelle Hindsman loves to create, and well, she’s really good at it! In 2019 Michelle decided to create a curated collection of homes after analyzing the data of popular design and color choices ofBrown Haven customers, as well as researching the ever-changing trends of the interior design and building industries. She also noticed that the part of the home building process that was most stressful to customers seemed to be when it came time to choose exterior and interior finishes. She studied floor plans and looked at the energy efficiency of those plans, and then she carefully put together exterior and interior design options to appeal to any palate, combining the top-quality craftsmanship of Brown Haven with her interior design expertise. And so the Michelle’s Curated Collection was born.

Michelle explains the importance of this next step, “When we bring in new products or partner with vendors one of the first things I do is bring in a representative from that company.  I think it’s imperative for my designers to receive in-depth training from the product experts.  I want my designers to be able to focus on very specific components of each product we offer.  This in-depth information gives our selection specialists the tools to educate our homeowners on the best products to meet their wants and needs.”
