RiverStone Floor Plan
This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom floor plan is perfect for a growing or large family. With a master bedroom on the main floor, there is plenty of privacy and separation from the rest of the bedrooms. The Riverstone plan also features a great walk in closet for extra storage space.
A spacious, yet cozy layout is perfect for anyone who wants a cabin home with plenty of storage. The LongView plan features 3 beds and 2.5 bath, perfect for a medium sized family or for when the kids return home from college! The kitchen has a lot of places to store all of your pantry items, small kitchen appliances, dinnerware, and serveware. The dining room is attached for a seamless transition between rooms. We love the large master suite with his and hers closets so arguing over space is not an issue.
MountainRidge
We offer two flex spaces for the main floor of this 4 bed, 3.5 bath floor plan. MountainRidge also has a laundry room on the second floor so there’s no need to run up and down the stairs with your laundry.
This 3 bed, 2 bath is a great family floor plan. Some of its top features include a grand kitchen and a great room with a vaulted ceiling.
